I haven’t had a big chunk of time to spend in the sewing room the last two weeks, but I’m still working on the t-shirt quilt. I’ve started cutting the blocks down to size and it’s suddenly really nerve-wracking–the size must be accurate! the design must be centered!–so I’m taking it slow. I’m also trying to figure out color arrangement as I go:
And on Sunday afternoon, I was able to cut out the next project, the Tory Burch-knockoff tunic with trim:
It already feels like I’ve done more sewing this year than in all of 2012, so a slower week is fine with me.
