I moved from my writing class into an online 21-day yoga challenge (apparently I like structure). I hadn’t had a regular practice since June, when the studio I like closed, so it’s been good to get back into it. There’s always a short or easy option for each day, and even though I take the short/easy way a lot of the time, it’s still really good to get back into moving around.
