In case you missed it, my dad made me a new patio. So I made him an aloha shirt for Father’s Day.
The shirt didn’t involve engineering, or drafting, or lifting really %&$* heavy 12-foot timbers by myself, or pouring concrete, or getting splinters–but hopefully he knows that it has the same amount of love in it as he put into the patio.
And if the fabric looks familiar, it’s because it’s the same as the fabric I used when I made the shirt for my nephew’s birthday. Skyler and his Grandpa are as thick as thieves, and I thought they’d both love to have the same shirt.
I think I was right.
