I took Friday off for a little break from a crazy busy month at work. It rained two out of the three days so I was able to sew:
And watch neighborhood ducks happy in the rain:
And spend some quality time with Toby:
Then on Sunday the sun came out, appropriately enough, and we set the patio back up again and got some vitamin D. And snacks:

oooh! love the placement of the vertical stripes. Very handsome! I picked up the same pattern on ebay in a petite cut, so I’m getting ready make it up in that pink and blue ottoman silk. This is going to be the Summer of Pink.

Oh that’s going to be fab! I was tempted to get some for this pattern but decided to use up the ikats I have instead.
