Yup, a first-gen Cougar, ’67-’69. Same chassis and drivetrain as the Mustang but aimed towards an upmarket audience. More standard features, more luxury offerings. Standard engine was the new-for-’68 302 (289 in ’67) but you could get pretty much any option from the Mustang catalog from the 351 all the way up to the 428 Super CobraJet.

My grandma had a Cougar when I was a kid. I think this is one also. I could be wrong. 🙂
