1. The Netherlands Bach Society has a years-long project going on: All of Bach, which involves recording and releasing performances of every one of Bach’s works. There are new videos added every week and the site is really slick, letting you read performance notes and text while the music plays. Check out this work for organ or the solo partita for violin in D minor–one of the best performances I’ve heard.

2. The title is kind of misleading (Frog and Toad are not necessarily gay) but this is a really nice exploration of the value of the relationship in the book and of the author, Arnold Loebel (who was). “Frog and Toad”: An Amphibious Celebration of Same-Sex Love.

3. Who wants to re-read the Frog and Toad books now? I loved them. It was so comforting to know there were best friends in the world.
